Welcome to set 008.  This set contains a top border measuring 1500px by 200px as well as a seamless tile; navigation buttons and associated clipart.

In this example the border has been set within a 100% table to accommodate the application of the matching tiled background (note that in order for the border to stretch to fit the width of different screen resolutions it is necessary to set the page margins to 0).
